Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
CANCELLATION
Once a balance is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Exploding Box Co. All arrangements will be put in writing. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform Exploding Box Co of the cancellation. The client agrees to not expect a new date to automatically be available. The client will be given the chance to reschedule but cannot be pushed ahead of other reserved clients.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES CLAUSE
If Exploding Box Co cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to, road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism or other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographers illness, then Exploding Box Co shall return any money paid by the client, fewer expenses, but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation of liability shall also apply if any invitations made, are lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault on the part of Exploding Box Co.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Once an order has been agreed upon, and the making process started, all bespoke orders are subject to a strict sale & no refund policy as per the Distance Selling Guidelines. We will discuss the situation with our client to come to a understanding regarding replacement of any faulty items but under no circumstances will we offer a refund.
AFTER YOUR BESPOKE ORDER HAS BEEN MADE AND/OR RECEIVED
Before any items of your Order are made, I will digitally create the panels for approval. Only once approved will a Box be assembled. At this point photographs of the completed Box will be sent to you – once approved, the remainder will be assembled. You may opt to receive a sample box prior to approving the design, at an additional cost.
After you have received your order, any damages must be notified and to include photographs within 7 days of receipt and replaced. Any alterations or adjustments to your boxes after the order is received is subject to additional costs. No refunds are given due to the personalised nature of your order and subject to the distance selling regulations.
COOPERATION
The parties agree to positive cooperation and communication.

Creative Licence – Use of IMAGES
Any images of your completed order remain the property of Exploding Box Co, who reserves the right to use any images created under this contract for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, contests, and any other purpose.
