Buying from me

I am an independent maker from south Wales, I make my own limited edition collections of homewares and furniture. I do make custom orders, just drop me an email. I aim to dispatch my smaller pieces 2-3 days. Side tables are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

By buying from Emily Marlin you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site or purchases made through other means. Please read them carefully before purchasing any item.

Products & Service
My products are sold subject to their product descriptions. I take care that these are as accurate as possible but occasionally they may contain inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. Likewise these may affect promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. As such all of the information on this website, including product descriptions, may not always be accurate when you place an order. In such cases I will try and contact you to resolve the issue but I reserve the right to: correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; withdraw the produce from sale or cancel orders without prior notice. I may also withdraw products from sale without notice.
Emily is not responsible if you provide the wrong delivery address.
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition in the correct packaging if gift boxed.
Unfortunately bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
To return your order:
1. Email contact@emilymarlin.com with your reason for return.
2. Return the product(s) in original condition, complete with packaging.
3. Following a satisfactory inspection of your returned items I will issue a refund for your goods between 2-3 working days.
I do not accept unauthorised returns.
I apologise but I am unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned, unless this has been prior agreement. You are also responsible whilst the product is in transit, I recommend sending it back insured and signed for.
