Welcome to my Folksy store. My name is Kirsty and I love to create and sew, bringing handcrafted, original and beautiful home accessories to your home.
I create original applique designs with added embroidery to create my fabric designs. These are then used to hand make lampshades, bunting and cushions.
Elm tree studio was founded in January 2012.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns
We are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on all goods (except made to order, personalised,custom items) provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within thirty days of your receipt of the goods.
Please notify us in writing, within 7 days, at elmtreestudio@hotmail.co.uk before returning any goods to us.
We recommend that you return items to us using either a Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service. Please retain your proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged during transit.
Made to order items
All personalised, custom and made to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty/unfit for use.
