Ebor the First was a magnificent, enormous and gentle black Labrador who did not have a bad bone in his body – he was everybody’s friend and it was natural for him to be part of the team. He could never be replaced, but coming close is Ebor the Second – an equally gentle and popular Chocolate Labrador(pictured) who has earned his place through his personality and love of people (especially if they are carrying sausage rolls or are in pushchairs which often have crumbs in the bottom!).

We source and sell both antique and vintage pieces in our very eclectic collection, although we specialize in providing interesting and affordable lighting.

Vintage and antique generally mean quality. The main reason for this is that better materials and techniques were used in the past than today. There was a lot more emphasis on craftsmanship and on products being well made because they simply had to last longer.

All our items have had a past life so please be aware that there are likely to be some signs of use and wear. Any major flaws will be included in the description and shown in any photographs.
