Buying from me

All of our designs feature the finest materials - 9ct gold, sterling silver, precious gemstones and freshwater pearls - and each piece is made by hand in our little home studio.

Every order is beautifully gift boxed before being sent out by 1st class post and we aim to have most orders dispatched within 3-5 days of placing but bespoke or hallmarked items will take longer - normally around 2 weeks, so contact us or refer to item description for accurate dispatch times.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
