Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I do not accept returns on any custom orders - this includes all rings as they are made to order and items which have been personalised with initials.
I will replace or refund any item which is faulty (up to 6 months from purchese), incorrect due to my error or lost in the post.
I cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons.
