After an artist residency at Sheffield Institute of Art in 2016, I fell hard for print-making. I'm a co-director of Sheffield Print Club, an independent member-based social enterprise print studio, which keeps me pretty busy; I even occasionally get to print myself.
I come from a graphic design background, where as I've asked more questions and explored ideas, I've moved from commercial design towards a fine art practice. This grounding in visual communication continues to inform the casting of a critical eye on the world. Its not always pretty (well, hopefully sometimes is!). In any case, I hope the artwork strikes a chord with you.
