Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns and exchange details

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to ask any questions that you may have. If you are not happy with an item, please contact me as soon as possible.

I pack all my items very carefully and securely, but if it happens an item is broken or damaged in shipping I will issue a refund. I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any returns must be returned in the original condition. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are not accepted for the reason "I thought it was bigger/smaller/brighter/darker/lighter/etc." I give all the dimensions in item descriptions using both metric and imperial systems. If you are still not sure about the sizes or colours I can send additional photos.

Refunds are issued for purchase price only, not including shipping costs. The item MUST be returned in its original package and in saleable condition. A refund will be issued when I receive the item back. Return shipping is the buyer's expense.

If an addressee does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, the buyer covers re-shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
