When you make a purchase from Cathy McCarthy Jewellery you can be assured that you are choosing a unique design and a quality product. Each piece is handmade to the highest standards using Sterling silver or 18 carat gold.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of your payment. Your jewellery will be presented beautifully gift boxed free of charge and posted in a letterbox friendly, cardboard packaging. I would love to hear from you with any questions or comments.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please note that for health and safety reasons earrings are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.
Items which are made to order or customised are also non-refundable.
Rings may be exchanged if a different size if required; however postage and packing costs are to be covered by the purchaser.
