My Folksy shop is still open and I hope you find something you love.
Please note, although I always aim to send orders as quickly as possible I have reduced my trips to the Post Office, so it may take a little longer than usual for your parcel to arrive. I'm only going once a week to the Postie, on a Thursday, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
All custom made items requiring hallmarking will have an extended delivery time of 6-8 weeks during this of time of uncertainty as the London Assay is temporarily closed, as are my UK metal suppliers.

Hello! I'm Carole Ramsden, the designer and maker of the jewellery in this shop.
I work from my small home workshop in North Yorkshire producing one of a kind items of jewellery and limited number ranges. I employ traditional and self adapted metalsmithing skills using silver, gold, copper, brass, enamel and gemstones. I often incorporate bits and pieces I've found and collected for their texture, form or significance.
Choosing a piece of jewellery with meaning can connect us to memories, people or places...thus it becomes a part of our story, our spirit, our sense of self.
Where required, my jewellery is hallmarked at Goldsmiths Hall (London Assay Office).
Each piece is made with comfort and durability in mind with the hope it will forge a special and lasting relationship with its wearer.
