I will always try to ship an item ASAP and will inform you otherwise if I can't, due to holidays or extra time needed for sizing/ refinishing etc.
For UK, the item purchased will be wrapped, or where the postage is more expensive on an item, a box will be supplied ( delicate items or to protect stones etc). For USA and ROTW, a box will be supplied on most rings (excepting band rings) and delicate items. It is important that you obtain an accurate UK size (for ring purchases). Thank you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
