Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Due to the hand made nature of these items and the fact that they are personalised/made to order, please note that refunds will only be offered should an order arrive damaged or not as described. You may cancel you order within 1 week of placing your order as any time after that your order will already have begun the hand made process.
I cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the post as once an item leaves my hands I have no control over how it is handled by the courier. By purchasing from my shop you agree to these terms and agree that you are not entitled to a refund should your item be delayed in the post or a delivery attempt is missed on your behalf.
Returns but be sent back to me in their original packaging and the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
