It’s not just the satisfaction of creating a finished piece it’s the experimentation and science behind the processes involved that we find fascinating. We use a mixture of new and reclaimed materials which include Uranium glass, Copper, sea glass and beach pottery. Kiln-firing to sand-tumbling, collecting to wire-wrapping, designing to creating, we do it all to bring our unique creations from our little workshop to your waiting hands.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Refund Policy

Breakages during transit: We carefully check and package our items and it is very rare that an item arrives damaged, should this happen please contact us immediately on delivery by emailing info@cool-science.online providing photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Please do not dispose of the item or its original packaging as we may need it as proof of damage in transit; we cannot refund/replace any item for which we cannot be either supplied a photograph or have returned.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

As we aim to dispatch rapidly and our products are individually made and sold we do not accept cancellations or exchanges. Of course we hope you're delighted with your purchase however, if you find you wish to return an item please email us at info@cool-science.online and we will work with you to resolve any issue. Please don’t return an item before contacting us as unsolicited returns will not be refunded, we will provide a return address where a return is agreed. In this instance, all items must be returned unused, in the condition to which they were received and in their original packaging, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. The customer is also responsible for the postage costs of returned items and we strongly recommend that you use a tracked method and retain proof of postage.
