I make exciting stylish new handmade creations using the old traditional techniques!

My Granny Boon taught me to knit when I was 4 years old, later to crochet also. So it is in her honour my shop is called Bonnie Boon.

I can still remember my first piece of knitting. It was a blue angora scarf, full of unintentional holes. To say, it was not a masterpiece, is an massive understatement! But it was the start of a lifelong passion. The thrill of working yarn into something beautiful and useful using my hands, stays with me to this day. Fortunately my techniques with threads, fibres and textiles improved from that first attempt, and many years later I began a career designing projects for needlecraft magazines.

As well as designing and creating items ready to ship immediately, I also enjoy when you REQUEST CUSTOM ORDERS. Let me have your thoughts and ideas and I'll do all I can to help.
