Buying from me

I operate alone, with the two dogs Millie & Milo, in a small studio in the Mendip Hills in Somerset and use only locally sourced materials from responsible suppliers. The materials for each item rarely come from more than 5 miles from the studio.

Each initial is hand carved in the traditional manner, no machines are used. The standard type face is Times New Roman, if you have a particular type face you would like, please let me know.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
