Hello, we are Alec and Agatha, a pair of designers and creators standing behind Blissful Art House, a small, family-run, independent art studio.
Our items are all unique and handmade, of the best quality, as well as made with the emphasis on their aesthetic and with attention to detail. We create our objects with love and passion in various media like wood, fused glass and we also offer prints of our own original artwork.
Our mission is to not let the memory fade away over time. That is why we strive to capture those special, fleeting moments of life and create an everlasting memory by preserving them in our works and making them withstand a matter of time.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated delivery times
United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Custom and personalised orders
We want you to be happy, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will try to resolve any issue and if you are still not fully content with your purchase, then we will ask you to return your item to us for a full refund minus the delivery charge. Returned items will need to reach us within 14 days of dispatch and in original condition and packaging. Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and refunds will only be issued once the item (s) has been safely returned to us. FOR CUSTOM ORDERS there is no return policy. By their nature, these items are unique and one of a kind made to your tastes, ideas and requirements.
