Hi I'm your Designer maker, Janey.

I live in a small, but quint village of Henley-on-Thames, where Royal regatta is on full swing in the summer as well as Music Festivals. Nothing makes Henley the busiest than in the summer.

Our beautiful town, surroundings of landscapes and nature offers a great inspirations to my work.

I'm a self-taught crocheter since the age of 10. I hadn't thought this would later contribute to my living. I've designed my first garment at age 12 and have always wanted to make my own clothes. Saying that though, I didn't really imagine myself to be a seamstress. My dream was to become a flight attendant - I don't know what happened since them. lol.

I came to England over 18 years ago from my Home, Philippines. Ever since, my life has turned upside down, or should I say, inside out. When I became a Mother to a wonderful son, I lost track of my thoughts and plans on what I'd like to be. I Just went and did whatever that has/would make my son Proud one day.

I studied for 6 years doing arts and designs -Soul searching is not easy- Along the way, I graduated with BA (Hons) in Textile designs, and became a Knitwear Technologist. I can machine knit too (But this is another story)

All those years, I still go back to 'traditional ways' of putting together garments. Crocheting, sewing, knitting - I love making and it fills me with joy when I see happy customers who appreciate and put justice to what I made.
