I design and create bespoke dried & artificial flower crowns, corsages, hair combs and much more

I'm Jo a 49 year old wife, mum & Granna who loves flowers, football, going on holiday and listening to music. I work full time and this little business is my hobby, my therapy and my passion.

My Story

In my early 20's I worked as a florist and decided to change my career in my mid 20's but I always continued to be creative with flowers.

In 2020 I started making wreaths for local people and I loved it.

Why Bells and Thistle?

In Jan 2023 I was asked to design and create wedding flowers for a wreath customer and I absolutely loved making them (see my social media pages) the feedback and response I received was immense and this inspired me to set up my little business, Bells & Thistle. It all began in February 2024 and it really took off receiving daily orders.

At the back.end of last year I had to have unexpected major surgery, this has made me re-evaluate my business and lifestyle and I'm now concentrating on working with dried flowers, but I still like to design and create with artificial flowers.

I'm a bespoke floral designer who loves a challenge. Custom orders are welcome.
