I put vintage illustrations onto wooden kitchenware to create whimsical gifts

I started making my engraved spoons and boards as Christmas gifts and was soon hooked on the beauty of the vintage illustrations and the resulting engravings. I now produce them in my Victorian laundry shed behind the house and there is nothing quite like the thrill of creating something new and entertaining. I'm quite long in the tooth so it's really wonderful to be moving into a creative business at my time of life after the kids are all off their new life adventures.
