Buying from me
I aim to despatch orders within 1-2 business days unless an item is marked as being made to order, then it will be a week, due to the process involved in the making of the item. If you require something quicker than this, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
•Custom or personalised orders
•Perishable products (like food or flowers)
•Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item is being returned from outside the UK please package the item carefully and clearly mark the front of the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’. I am not responsible for any customs charges incurred if you fail to do so.
