Hand-knitted accessories in natural yarns

I learnt to knit when I was about 6 years old and was taught by a lovely neighbour, Nellie. She would spend hours sat on her porch knitting and one day she taught me the basics. I only really started getting back into knitting about 10 years ago when I knitted my first jumper. I love knitting, it's so relaxing and the sense of achievement when you produce a garment is great!

I enjoy knitting accessories such as socks, gloves and hats using yarns from different varieties of British Sheep which keeps my knitting interesting. I love using natural yarns, wool, cotton, alpaca and yak.

Buying from me

I have been knitting on and off since I was 7 yrs old since I was taught by a lovely neighbour Nellie. I love knitting accessories as they are quick to knit up and I can experiment easily with different designs. I particularly love knitting fine knit items like socks but I am always learning to expand on my skills. All my accessories are hand-knitted using mainly natural yarns eg wool or wool blend in the case of socks for durability. Hope you enjoy my knits!
