Just the job for your shopping lists, recipes, or 'to do' list - or perhaps for jotting down ideas for the plot of your next blockbuster or magnum opus.

This removeable cover, in a red and grey vintage Laura Ashley fabric, measures 16.5cm high x 12cm wide and the lining is stiff interfacing. It also has a toning grey spotty button sewn on the front for decoration.

Included is a handy A6 lined notebook, which has a hard cover, and can be bought in most good stationers and supermarkets - I bought this one in Sainsburys - so you can easily replace it when it is finished. However I would advise taking the empty fabric cover with you when buying a replacement, just in case, as I have found the sizes can differ slightly from shop to shop.

I make these in a variety of fabrics and if you would like one in a different fabric, please just get in touch and I'll do my best.

I bought this lovely fabric in the 1970s when I first started hand sewing patchwork, and hexagons were (and still are) my favourite thing. I've stored the fabric safely over the years and now it is almost all gone - I will miss it but delighted to share it with you.
There is also a matching pocket tissue holder - the set would make a great present.
