Stunning sea foam blue Amazonite gemstones have been used to create this beautiful, organinc piece of jewellery.
The Amazonite gems in the necklace are button or lentil shaped and have two different finishes. Some have a soft matte finish and others highly polished. I have set them in alternately in stations of three of each finish to give a subtle visual effect when worn. The gems are natural and un-dyed.
Therer are two strands of gems, which I have shown twisted together, but can be worn untwisted if you prefer. The necklace is hand knotted for strength and durability.
The focal point of the necklace is a stunning Amazonite gemstone in a spear shape. The gorgeous gem has a natural crystal caves or druzys, which shimmer to it when moved. I have used a sturdy yet simple sterling hand polished and finished silver bail to attach the pendant to the necklace and finished the necklace with a pretty hook clasp.
The necklace is stamped 925 for sterling silver.
The necklace measures 18.5 inches in length approx. with the focal stone dropping a further 2 1/4 inches from the body of the necklace itself.
