You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A gorgeous handmade card with a red flower made up of script hearts
A simple yet effective handmade card suitable for a birthday, engagement, wedding or anniversary. Each heart shape has a script text pattern, and they are hand stamped in a circle to form an unusual flower. The centre of the flower has a silver gem adding a touch of glamour.
The card is made from good quality (250gsm) white smooth cardstock and is blank inside for you to say what you want. It comes with a white envelope.
Measurements: 12.5cm high by 12.5cm wide.
