Rustic Honey Stone Textured Ceramic Handmade Buttons, Large Round x2
Description
I made these two very large round artisan ceramic buttons from smooth white earthenware clay, formed and textured by hand. After bisque firing, I glazed them with a lovely subtle honey-coloured glaze, and fired them in my kiln here in my studio, to produce this distinctive warm, organic, satin-matte look - reminiscent of weathered stone.
These handmade ceramic buttons measure 4cm (1.5 inches) in diameter, and each has two holes. They are glazed front and back.
They would look stunning as embellishments in your knitting or needlecraft projects!
