I photographed this Demoiselle Crane at our local bird garden, I just love its poise and grace. I started sketching with the intention of a painting but end up with this three- colour lino print instead!

Original lino print "Demoiselle Crane"
Time to say goodbye - now £10 plus p&p
This is an original lino cut print (edition of 40). Printed from three hand-cut lino "plates" in graduated shades of blue with an oil-based but water washable ink on to BFK Rives paper. The bird measures 26cm from the tip of it beak to the end of its tail. These items are hand-printed and so vary slightly depending on ink density, character of the paper, pressure of the press and the way the wind blows (ok, maybe not the last bit).
This print will be carefully packed, re-using materials where possible and posted First Class Signed For for UK destinations. Overseas buyers, the quoted fee is for a standard service. Thank you.
