I am so happy to be using recycled glass in my work. The colours and texture the melted glass create are very unique and it makes each piece individual.

Part of the Wild Meadow collection of unique decorative pieces for home inspired by the great outdoors, seed pods and wild flowers.
Handmade stoneware ceramic coaster impressed with pretty sprigs of lavender with recycled turquoise and green glass.
Approximate size of each coaster 9.5 cm in diameter, 7mm thick
Each coaster is made individually by hand from rolled out sheets of clay that are cut out and then real flowers and plant matter are pressed into the surface of the clay leaving their impressions behind. After smoothing and tidying the pieces are glazed to a satin like texture with glazes and recycled glass adding colour and shimmer. All coasters are stoneware fired so are strong and durable.
Each coaster has clear little rubber feet attached to it's base to prevent any slipping or marking of surfaces. Due to rubber feet recommended hand wash.
I have made a few of these and due to the handmade nature of my pieces each one is unique.
Please allow for slight variations as yours may not look exactly the same as the one picture but will be just the same and just as pretty.
