Meet the maker Hedgeknits Rita Merrigan

I am an Irish natural dyer and knitter living in Wiltshire. I experiment with plants and natural dyeing throughout the seasons, I love knitting up textured knits with beads, left over fabrics from previous makes and vintage textile scraps.
My knits are designed to fit many shapes and are fun colourful layering pieces.
My zines are dedicated to different seasons and what inspires me in the mundane finding beauty in the everyday.
