Meet the maker Louise Farrow

My name is Louise, and I work from home just outside Cambridge. I create silver and gemstone jewellery as well as a range of steampunk and fantasy-inspired polymer clay jewellery and accessories. I have also recently started including some of my handmade books in my shop.

Shop Policies

Postage:
I will aim to send all orders within three working days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions (i.e. for customised items). If for any reason the order is likely to take longer I will inform the buyer immediately, and if this is unsuitable the order can be cancelled and the money refunded. All items are sent via Royal Mail first class; if you would like insurance or would prefer a different postage method, please contact me for a new postage price.

Refunds/Exchanges:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to arrange an exchange or a refund for the item. However, earrings cannot be exchanged for hygeine reasons. Refunds/exchanges will be sent once the item in question has been returned to me.
