You have a right to cancel your order and return the product for a full refund if you do so within 7 working days of receiving the goods and if reasonable care is applied to the return of the item so it is not damaged.

If the item is faulty or damaged, you may of course receive a full refund including postage for original plus the return. If photographic proof of damage is sent, return may not be necessary - please get in touch about this.
