Meet the maker Juliet Myers

Hello.

I was brought up in the beautiful mid-Wales hills, UK, and now live in Cheshire with my husband and children. I have a small studio where I potter away and create my ceramic pieces. The alchemy of changing a wet lump of clay into a solid, permanent object thrills me. Each creation I make I infuse with my love of the art. I really hope that this shows through in my work.

BUSINESS

For simplicity I only accept payment by Paypal.

I try and ship all items within two working days of recieving payment. If I can't do this for any reason I will announce it on my shop front. I usually use Royal Mail.
However Royal Mail have significantly increased their prices for medium sized parcels and I won't reduce the size of my protective packaging. (I would hate my ceramics to get broken in transit.) I will therefore be using a courier for medium and large parcels. If you could quote a 'safe place' on your order for the courier to leave the parcel that would be great. They will try to deliver at your address upto three times.

To keep 'postage and packing' prices down I use recycled materials where possible.

Any customs charges will be your responsibility.

If for any reason you are not happy with your item then get in touch and return it within 10 working days for a full refund. You will need to pay for the returns postage.
