My name is Neyeli and I've been an artist and crafter for over 30 years. I have a passion wildlife and nature which is reflected in the work I do.
I work from home and work mainly with wool, feathers and leather. I only make one of each design as I like people to own something that is totally bespoke but can make to order so am happy to chat about requests and commissions

I have several strings to my bow and trade under a couple of names. Nelly Felt Creative and The Wonky Crow

Nelly Felt Creative is for my Needle felted designs. I don't use kits and all my creations are from my imagination or inspired from wildlife photographs

The Wonky Crow is for my spiritual designs including Spirit Guide Portraits and Holistic tools of the trade

Apart from being a crafter I'm a Spiritual Artist, Shamanic Practitioner, Energy Therapist, Crystal Healer and Naturopathist

I'm an eclectic Pagan and have 3 Jack Russells that keep me on my toes

Buying from me

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.

Standard and Ready made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery providing they are in the same perfect condition they were delivered in.

Custom designs are un-returnable as every effort is made to ensure you the customer are happy with your design before posting.

Notification of any damages, shortages and discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery.

Postage costs will be refunded only if your order is damaged or faulty

Postage costs are not refundable for damages caused by Royal Mail or other persons once item has been dispatched.
