Thank you for visiting my little shop. All needle felted sculptures are bespoke one off creations and will be sent boxed by Royal Mail tracked or Yodel depending on the size of the order. Payments are accepted through Paypal but I can also accept direct bank transfer so please let me know at the time of purchase and I will send you the correct details

My name is Neyeli, but my friends call me Nelly. I'm a fibre artist located in the picturesque north west of England, right by the stunning Irish Sea.
I'm also a Pagan, vegetarian, animal and nature lover and all round spiritual hippy doggy mum of 3 Jack Russells

I specialise in crafting 3D sculptures and 2D artwork, along with embroidery and unique jewellery.

Working with wool and other natural materials brings me immense joy. There's something truly magical about bringing whimsical ideas to life or recreating the beauty of an animal. My imagination is a constant source of inspiration, and the urge to create drives me through the rewarding journey of each new piece.
I delight in selecting colours and developing textures, but what truly captivates me is the beauty of the finished work—whether it’s a piece of art that draws me in or a creation that simply makes me smile.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.

Standard and Ready made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery providing they are in the same perfect condition they were delivered in.

Custom designs are un-returnable as every effort is made to ensure you the customer are happy with your design before posting.

Notification of any damages, shortages and discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery.

Postage costs will be refunded only if your order is damaged or faulty

Postage costs are not refundable for damages caused by Royal Mail or other persons once item has been dispatched.
