Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All wall prints are made to order. This helps keep prices affordable and reduces waste.
Returns & Exchanges
Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is a problem with your order (for example, damage in transit or an incorrect item), please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the issue.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please message me with details and photos where possible. I’ll always do my best to put things right.
Return Postage
Where a return is agreed, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
