Buying from me
All my items are handmade in natural wool which can be very attractive to pets! Please take care to put them out of reach of children and animals especially as some items do have glass eyes on metal posts. I can offer a repair service on request! I aim to get items well packed and posted as quickly as possible via the local village post office.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
