Buying from me

Some of my pots are slip cast, some thrown or hand moulded or simply made from slabs. Each piece is unique even when I cast items as they are all hand decorated with under-glaze patterns or a decorative glaze.
Any pot that has a potential food contact surface is glazed with a food safe zircon glaze. I do not use any lead or copper products. All purchases will be packed in a ridiculous amount of bubblewrap to ensure safe delivery and sent with a tracking number.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
