Wessex Candle Co. is a small, independent candle brand based in the heart of Dorset. We create luxury, hand-poured candles using a coconut and apricot wax blend, with wax melts to follow as part of the collection.
Many of our scents are inspired by the Dorset landscape and the wider Wessex region. From bracing coastal air to hedgerow florals, garden greenery to warm, familiar interiors, each scent is carefully chosen to evoke a sense of atmosphere and place.
Crafted with intention, every candle is hand poured in small batches using a coconut and apricot wax blend. This vegan wax is selected for its clean, even burn and soft, refined scent throw. It produces very little soot and offers a more considered alternative to traditional paraffin wax.
Our aim is simple: to create candles that bring warmth, atmosphere and a quiet sense of comfort into your home.
