Hello, my name is Oliver and thank you for checking out my shop. Waltons Workshop was set up in the early months of 2024 after deciding to throw caution to the wind by quitting my job in order to pursue my passion for fine woodworking. From a humble garage workshop located in South Yorkshire, I produce stunning hardwood creations both practical and decorative in hopes of adding a little piece of character and versatility to your home.

I choose to use hardwoods exclusively in my work due to their beautiful grain patterns and the longevity of the timber. Its also important to create pieces that last in a world where cheap mass production items come and go all too quickly. Hardwoods are perfect in this sense as the tight grains make the items hard wearing and eventually when they reach the end of their lives they are biodegradable and recyclable.

Each piece that you see has been meticulously hand crafted, shaped, finished and packaged by myself. I take great pride in this as I feel attached to every piece that is created, eventually going on to be enjoyed and loved by its new owner. Another thing i love is that not a single piece will ever be exactly the same as another due to the wood grain giving each piece its own beautiful characteristics.
