Ordered this picture on 13th April. Seller contacted by myself on the 17th April as not dispatched within the time frame stated. Item marked as shipped within minututes. Contacted seller and Folksy support on the 24th April as item still not arrived and no contact made by the seller until the 25th April. Item arrived on the 26th April by First Class Royal Mail. It was sent via 'Click and Drop'.

Due to poor contact from the seller and long delivery time from the date of ordering I have given a low rating. I know postage can be slow, but not 9 days for 1st class Royal Mail!

I will not purchase from this seller again.

Absolutely fantastic. I asked for quick delivery as this was a last minute gift and it was sent immediately. The picture itself is gorgeous and lovely quality. I want one myself at some point! Thank you.
