You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Review delay as I sent the Purple Gonk, made by Trick or Treat, to my friend Megumi in Nagoya, Japan. Megumi loves the Gonk, and it has taken up residence in her apartment along with her collection of 'Bed Animals' soft toys. Sadly I can't post a photo from her of the now Japanese Purple Gonk with this review. Shipping was fast and the Gonk is excellent quality. Megumi in particular loves the bunch of flowers with a bee that the Gonk is holding.
