Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, with proof of postage obtained. Orders over the value of £30.00 are sent Special/ recorded delivery as standard. All orders can be sent special delivery if needed, but there shall be a £4.00 surcharge for this to cover costs if not over the stated £30.00 threshold. All items are sent securely wrapped in an organza bag, tissue and bubble wrap. This is to keep down postal costs, as most boxes bump up the price. Custom orders are non returnable.

I've now made 2 purchases and each ring is just beautiful. The designs are both wonderful and eye catching and I'm positive I will be returning for more, very reasonably priced for such special items.
