I Monique Low am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

The colours on all Toasted Glass pieces are baked on to withstand frequent washing. However, dishwashing is not recommended as extreme temperatures may cause clouding. Care labels are provided with every item.
Shipping is fully tracked.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
As all Toasted Glass pieces are custom made, I cannot accept returns or exchanges, but if an item is damaged in transit, I am happy to refund or replace, as preferred. Proof of damage is required in order to facilitate either option and should be sent in the form of photographic evidence, showing both the damage to packaging and the item itself. This is required by the shipping company insurance and unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be given without it.
If your order is incorrect - ie, wrong item sent or personalisation does not match the notes given, I accept full responsibility and will of course refund or exchange and cover the cost of return postage, if the original item needs to be sent back to me. Again, photographic evidence is required.
Each and every piece is designed and handpainted by me. Therefore, you may have to allow a little time for your order to be made. Currently, orders are dispatched within 1-2 weeks and from there, delivery times will vary according to your selected postage.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and generally arrive within 48hrs of dispatch. You will be sent a tracking code with your Shipping Notification email and can follow your orders progress at Royal Mail Track and Trace.

Due to the higher of volume of International parcels over the festive period and to avoid confusion about an order's whereabouts, all overseas parcels are being sent using an International Fully Tracked service. You will be sent a tracking code with your Shipping Notification email and can follow your orders progress at Royal Mail Track and Trace.

Overseas customers will receive their goods via Airmail.
Orders to Europe generally take between 3-5 working days.
Orders to the USA generally take between 5-10 working days.
Orders to Australia generally take between 10-15 working days.
Please note that parcels can take longer to arrive at busy times of year and that, unfortunately, this is out of my control.
