We hand make all our products to order so you can specify what you want.
All our knitted and crochet jewellery come in various colours and you can choose your chain colour too (as long as we have it in stock) we are pretty easy going!
We strive to get your order out within 3-5 days as we make our products in our spare time, but don't worry... our orders always take priority!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
