Hi, I’m Steve. I’m a film and TV sculptor now using my skills to making unique jewellery and gifts featuring British wildlife. I design and hand make each piece from my studio on the rural Essex/Suffolk borders.
Each piece is custom made to your choice of colours, and set in a real polished half walnut shell to wear close to your heart. I package carefully and keep you fully informed from order to despatch.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns & Refunds
Each item is handmade to order using a real natural walnut shell, resin casting techniques, and your selected colour combination. Because of this, every necklace is individually produced and no two items are identical.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
As our products are made to your chosen specifications (including resin colour selection), they are classed as made-to-order/personalised items.
Once production has begun, orders cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.
Please ensure all selections are correct before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
*your order number
*a description of the issue
*clear photographs of the item and packaging
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Natural Variation
As walnut shells are natural materials, each piece will vary in shape, size, texture, and appearance. Resin finishes may also vary slightly due to the hand-poured process, including tonal differences. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered faults.
Care & Use Responsibility
Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, heat, chemicals, or excessive strain on the cord is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please do not purchase if you have any type of tree nut allergy.
