Buying from me
Just about everything I make is on a made to order basis so please allow a couple of weeks between ordering and dispatch. Everything for UK based customers is free delivery using a tracked Royal Mail service - I've found them more reliable than other couriers. I design and make the items sold and I'm more than happy to take on custom designs or add variations to the products on offer.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
