I am new to Folksy and am looking forward to sharing my love of making fun gifts with you. Each frame is made to order and although I have put 3 days to send out, I will always try and make your order as quickly as possible. I hope my items make you smile
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
As this is a personalised item we cannot allow returns (unless we have made an error in the printing).
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. We are not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
