Welcome to the Fancy Shed!

I grew up in and around my Mum’s workroom, surrounded by fabric, yarns and sewing machines. My own creative journey led me on an exploration of paper and printing at Winchester School of Art. I spent several years working in the publishing and design industry, but after having two children my life changed immeasurably – as it usually does!

I soon realised that being a mum and a designer seem to go hand in hand. There is a constant need for birthday invitations, cards for all occasions, planners and charts which I make for my family (and now for all of you) from my small fancy shed in our garden.
