We are a family ran bespoke design company located in Essex creating handmade personalised products which capture important chapters in people's lives.
Our family work hard to produce products that they would be proud to display in their own homes, and hope that you do too. Inspired by memories of our own growing family, our products are great for gifts or as a keepsakes for your own memories and adventures.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Due to the nature of these personalised products we regret that we are unable to offer a refund. We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality product to you, and are willing to discuss any issues further.
Each product is individually handmade and as such sometimes show slight differences in appearance to the listing image, due to make, placement of the print etc. This adds to the uniqueness and charm of each product. We never switch card, images or colour without your consent.
Slight irregularities can sometimes appear on printed works as these are not mass produced. We do not accept responsibility for this occurrence.
