Buying from me

Each order is prepared with care and packaged thoughtfully to fit through a standard letterbox. If you choose a handwritten message, I’ll write your words inside the card before posting. Orders are wrapped in eco-friendly, book-themed packaging and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If sending directly to someone else, no prices are included. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
