Buying from me
Orders are carefully packed to make sure your Bad Lot goodies reach you safely and are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. I only sell items that are already made or ready to send, so there are no long making times.
Everything is designed by me in East Sussex, and I make, print and pack as much as I can myself. If you have any questions about an item, delivery or your order, just drop me a message.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
