Please check I have the letters you require in stock before buying to avoid disappointment. If I happen not to have a letter in stock, I usually have a set on order on its way or can source the letter(s) quickly.

All items come packaged in a lovely cotton filled kraft box.

I ship all items within 1 business day of payment clearing unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
